- Minimum 3years' of B2B/Pre-sales team leader experience.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Experience in managing 5 and more subordinates.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Zendesk products (or similar service desk platforms).
- Well-developed leadership skills.
- You know how to make both your business clients and team happy.
Would be a plus if you also:
- Passionate about blockchain technology.
- Have hands-on experience with Atlassian products.
- Maintaining a clear B2B support service strategy to support our short, medium and long-term growth as well as the department and business objectives.
- Efficient team management that requires your continuous engagement into teams life.
- Expanding our B2B support team proactively and reactively.
- Ensuring that KPI's and SLA's are met and are relevant to the current workload/release.
- Rationally analyze ongoing business processes in the support department and procure their continual improvement/automatization.
- Maintain and develop business processes.
- Be a true leader by extrapolating comfortable, positive, productive and motivating relationship paradigm in the support department.
