Requirements


  • Honesty, motivation.
  • Ready to work morning/day/night shifts.
  • Very customer oriented.
  • Most polite person ever, able to handle emotions in every situation.
  • Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with a negative attitude.
  • Confidence in English (upper-intermediate/advanced) should be able to handle live conversations fluently.
  • Able to understand clients' issues, questions and figure out the best-fit solutions;
  • Team player, not afraid of asking questions and share the ideas.
  • Fast learner and flexible for changes.
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the first line of support to our users through the chat.
  • Understand customers problems and offer a perfect solution to their unique needs.
  • Address customers issues.
  • Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage of Wirex product.
  • Be ready to accumulate feedback from our customers and share the product improvement ideas.

Would be a plus:

  • Have previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Are familiar with Zendesk (or another ticket system) and Atlassian products.
  • Have native speaker communication experience.
  • Passionate about bitcoins and blockchain technologies.
